What are your purchase policies? Items purchased in our online store or in our extended sales events are available to exchange for store credit only. All items purchased at our mobile popup sales (those that are not held at our showroom) are final. No returns or exchanges. What form of payment do you accept at your sales? We will accept cash, PayPal or credit cards (AMEX/Visa/Mastercard). No checks, please. How can I contact someone if I have a question? We employ the industry standard SSL encryption that all major internet storefronts use (such as Amazon.com). We hear a lot about the few mishaps in the system, but you don’t often hear about the millions of transaction that take place flawlessly every day over the internet. To date, we have had no reports of any security problems with any of our customers.
