Here is a list of some of our most frequently asked questions. If you have other questions, please feel free to contact us at tollfree at 1-888-706-PULP.

What is the Pulp Lab and what are you trying to do?

We are a lifestyle lab for design enthusiasts and shoppers seeking the thrill of the hunt.  Our rotating installations feature progressive designers’ samples, overstock, and limited-edition items from emerging and established brands in design, fashion, art, and culture.  Our goal is to support independent designers and progressive brands and stores by providing an outlet to sell limited edition items, samples, overstocked goods, or to launch new product lines in an ever-changing, gallery-like retail environment.

What makes your store different from other retail outlets?

Our gallery-like store, limited time span, and ever-changing merchandise offers a way for clients to experiment with design and product lineup and offers consumers a variety of unique and active shopping experiences – much like a “treasure hunt.”

I’m a designer, shop owner, or brand manger. How can my goods be included in your popup sales?

We are always looking to offer consumers new experiences and products. Simply give us a call, stop by, or you may email us at info@pulpinc.com. You can also enter your submission online here.

What are your purchase policies?

All items purchased at our popup sales are final. No returns or exchanges. Items purchased in our online store or in our extended sales events are available to exchange for store credit only.

What form of payment do you accept at your sales?

We will accept cash or credit cards (Visa/Mastercard). No checks, please.

How can I contact someone if I have a question?

You may reach us toll free at (206) 706-7857 or you may email us at info@pulpinc.com.

How do I know my personal information is secure?

Our commitment to your security is a top priority at Pulp, Inc.  We employ the industry standard SSL encryption that all major internet storefronts use (such as Amazon.com).

We hear a lot about the few mishaps in the system, but you don’t often hear about the millions of transaction that take place flawlessly every day over the internet.  To date, we have had no reports of any security problems with any of our customers.
